Flexera is seeking a highly experienced Staff Program Manager to ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business impact. You will bridge vision and execution, remove roadblocks, and enable investments that scale and deliver growth across cross-functional workstreams within a defined product portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management, with a track record of delivering complex programs in software/tech.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a software/tech organization
Strong problem-solving and ambiguity-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings.
Define the program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success for alignment and execution.
Serve as a core communication hub for all program-related activities.
Identify dependencies and synergies across the product portfolio to maximise impact.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; develop contingency plans.
