The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program management within software/tech, with strong communication, and familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and GenAI systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in a software/tech setting.
• Strong ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing and new product initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with company goals.
• Identify dependencies and risks; develop contingency plans for on-time delivery.
• Provide updates to executives and stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Drive process improvements and foster learning and collaboration among program managers.
