Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management with ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms experience.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or related field.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management platforms.
• Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy at the portfolio or platform level.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs, using insights to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments and design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor across the Product organization.
