Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Finance Systems & Business Solutions to shape the product strategy and roadmap for FP&A systems that support planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across the business. This remote role partners with Finance and Technology teams to translate complex needs into scalable solutions that improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.

You will also help lead modernization efforts across enterprise finance platforms and drive

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in product management, specifically in FP&A systems.
Deep understanding of homebuilding financial models
Hands-on experience with enterprise financial system transformations
Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Azure
MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting
Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for FP&A systems
Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with Finance to prioritize needs based on business value
Lead technology modernization initiatives involving enterprise financial systems
Design scalable FP&A architectures with cross-functional teams
Drive integrations between core financial systems and reporting tools
Manage stakeholder communication and change management strategies
