Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Finance Systems & Business Solutions to shape the product strategy and roadmap for FP&A systems that support planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across the business. This remote role partners with Finance and Technology teams to translate complex needs into scalable solutions that improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.

• Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications preferred

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager - Finance Systems & Business Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will shape the product strategy and roadmap for finance systems that support planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance and Technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions that improve financial visibility and operational efficiency. You will also help lead modernization efforts across enterprise finance platforms and drive alignment among stakeholders during change.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
