You\'ll mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions across backend systems, APIs, and AI runtime services, and help scale a platform used to build intelligent autonomous systems for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in backend or distributed systems engineering.
• Experience leading at Staff/Principal level or equivalent scope.
• Strong skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript and AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect core platform powering AI agents in production.
• Design distributed systems for orchestration, memory, tooling, and workflow coordination.
• Build reliable infrastructure for enterprise environments and safe agent operation.
• Lead technical design across backend, APIs, and AI runtime services.
• Set scalability, observability, and security standards.
• Partner with product and leadership to translate AI capabilities into platform features.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and hands-on collaboration.
• Drive large cross-functional initiatives from concept to production.
