Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience with mobile test infrastructure.
Proven track record defining and delivering test infrastructure strategy.
Strong proficiency in Swift and Kotlin for test frameworks and native debugging.
Experience during large-scale migrations with QA readiness gates.
Ability to align cross-functional partners on quality standards and release criteria.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy for mobile QA infrastructure across the native rewrite.
Build and scale automated test systems for recurring regression testing.
Lead the QA readiness workstream for phased rollout with metrics and resources.
Guide when to invest more testing resources and when to pull back.
Partner with engineering leadership, product, and design to define SLOs and dashboards.
Shape QA onboarding playbook and mentor engineers on test architecture and quality.
