Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer to join AppCore in Foundations. This remote-first role is open to candidates in the US and Canada and focuses on critical systems powering Grafana Cloud.

You’ll build full-stack web apps and backend services (Golang, Node.js) with frontend (TypeScript, React), and integrate with NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces. You’ll also mentor engineers to improve reliability and observability.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend technologies (Golang and Node.js) and modern frontend (TypeScript/React).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and observability.
• Remote-first work experience and ability to collaborate asynchronously.
• Mentor engineers and lead complex technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack web apps and backend services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces.
• Improve CI/CD, test coverage, and system observability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Collaborate across squads for end-to-end feature delivery.
