Job summary

SentiLink is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Data Platform to define the technical direction of core data infrastructure that powers our fraud-detection products. You will own architecture across teams, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards, balancing speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or data engineering with ownership of large-scale distributed systems.
• Expert-level Python or Golang proficiency.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and streaming data platforms (Spark, Kafka, Flink, Hadoop).
• Strong design of scalable distributed systems in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical vision and architecture for the Data Platform.
• Design and evolve large-scale data infrastructure powering identity and fraud detection systems.
• Lead architecture of secure, scalable batch and streaming data pipelines processing billions of records.
• Improve scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
