RethinkFirst is seeking an accounting professional to perform day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You will investigate discrepancies, assist with financial reporting, and support external auditors while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience and an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, plus advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Remote-friendly, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
