Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health seeks a Staff Accountant to support the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting in a government contracting environment. The role covers AP processing, vendor management, and project accounting with ASC 606 revenue recognition.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least three years of GL or staff accounting experience, including federal contracting exposure, and proficiency in Unanet and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three or more years of general ledger or staff accounting experience, including government contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Process accounts payable, review invoices against POs, and maintain vendor records.
• Assist with project accounting, labor cost distribution, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
