RethinkFirst is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, and the month-end close, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely reporting. You will investigate discrepancies, prepare reconciliations, and assist auditors with documentation while upholding internal controls.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
