Job summary

EagleNXT is seeking a Staff Accountant to support Accounts Payable, expense reporting, and revenue operations across US and international sites. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, proficiency with NetSuite, and strong analytical skills to support month-end close and revenue analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience including AP, revenue, inventory, or GL.
• Experience with NetSuite and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable for US and international entities.
• Review and code vendor invoices; process employee expense reports.
• Handle AP aging, accruals, and month-end close activities.
• Coordinate revenue recognition, invoicing, and customer billing.
• Support multi-entity accounting across international sites; assist with VAT/GST where applicable.
• Prepare journals and balance sheet reconciliations; assist financial statements.
