A mental health support organization is seeking a compassionate Social Security Disability Claims Case Manager to assist clients with their applications for Social Security Disability benefits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with Social Security claims or similar benefits programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate support.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Social Security policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather required documentation from clients to support their claims.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the claims process.
• Advocate on behalf of clients for accurate processing of claims.
• Communicate with Social Security Administration officials to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle a high call volume.
