Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking an experienced SRE to own the reliability of our real-time trading platform. You will work on low-latency Rust engines and Go services, debug latency regressions, and run incident responses during market hours, while building automation for a 24/7 system.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production engineering, strong Go or Rust skills, and deep AWS/Kubernetes expertise, plus fluency in observability tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE or production engineering for real-time or latency-sensitive systems.
• Strong programming in Go or Rust; able to modify code and not just manage infra.
• Deep Kubernetes and AWS experience with stateful, latency-sensitive workloads.

Responsibilities

• Debug production incidents end to end for real-time trading services.
• Harden market data ingestion with reliable failover and replay.
• Build reconciliation and data integrity tooling across data stores.
• Participate in on-call rotations during market hours and crypto venues.
