Job summary

Software Mind is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own production reliability across a Kubernetes-based stack, with hands-on work on Node.js and JVM services. You will drive observability, incident response, and postmortems while collaborating with cross-functional teams on CI/CD and GitOps deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Production Engineering, or closely related roles.
Strong hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes-based production services.
English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production reliability for the target stack (Kubernetes deployment/operations, observability).
Troubleshoot runtime, networking, and service-to-service issues in Node.js and JVM environments.
Support CI/CD and GitOps deployments; build and refine observability with alerts and dashboards.
Participate in on-call support, incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements.
Monitor service health; investigate incidents across distributed applications; collaborate with engineering teams.
