4IR is seeking a senior SRE/DevOps engineer to design and operate secure IT/OT infrastructure for industrial customers. You will own incidents, RCA, and runbooks while deploying Kubernetes-based systems across diverse environments.

You will implement GitOps workflows, IaC, and observability to improve reliability. Remote-friendly startup culture values ownership and pragmatic engineering.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong Kubernetes skills in production environments.
• Experience with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Rancher Fleet, FluxCD, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, or similar).
• Real incident response experience.
• Comfort with heterogeneous environments and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain secure, scalable IT/OT architectures in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Own incidents end-to-end, drive RCA, and implement runbooks and automation.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure across diverse customer environments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerts, and dashboards (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana).
• Advocate for SRE best practices and continuous improvement.
