Job summary

Offchain is seeking a skilled SRE to join our remote-first, global team. You will operate production Kubernetes clusters and build scalable, declarative infrastructure using Terraform, while supporting cloud deployments across environments.

You will design CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and CodeBuild, and implement robust observability with Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and CloudWatch. You’ll participate in on-call rotations and help shape secure, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Willingness to dive into complex infrastructure and solve unconventional problems.
• Experience with GitOps-style delivery and IaC as code.
• Comfortable with Kubernetes, Terraform and cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate production Kubernetes clusters and build scalable, declarative infrastructure.
• Design and maintain CI/CD workflows spanning infra and apps.
• Build observability with metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot complex networking/storage and assist incident response.
• Contribute to secure-by-default architecture and threat modeling.
