NTT DATA Services in Memphis, TN seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The role centers on remote-first training with hands-on onsite work, building robust CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes to achieve high availability.

You will collaborate with product and development teams to define SLIs, improve observability with tools like Datadog and Splunk, and lead efforts across UI, APIs, and microservices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE with CI/CD and Kubernetes
• 5+ years troubleshooting with APM tools (Datadog/Dynatrace)
• 4+ years Unix/Linux shell scripting and NoSQL experience
• 3+ years with static code analysis tools like Checkmarx/SonarQube

Responsibilities

• Implement and support CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization
• Monitor production and non-production systems; use Datadog for problem solving
• Maintain containerized applications with Docker or similar tech
• Scale applications and infrastructure; define SLIs for service health
• Lead CI/CD evolution and automate testing strategies for production deployments
• Provide technical leadership for UI, APIs, and microservices
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
