Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Memphis-based team. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable infrastructure and accelerating CI/CD across the organization.

You will lead efforts implementing monitoring with Datadog, Splunk, and other tools, maintain Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and collaborate with product and development teams to improve performance and availability. A strong scripting background and on-call experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE environments, including substantial experience with CI/CD platforms, containerization technologies, and Kubernetes-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines across the organization.
• Manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Monitor production systems with Datadog and other monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
• Collaborate with product and development teams to scale applications and infrastructure for performance and high availability.
• Define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to represent service health and reliability.
• Develop automation using scripting (Groovy, Shell, Python) and Terraform.
• Provide technical leadership for UI, APIs, and microservices implementations.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.
