Job summary

Ninety is expanding with an SRE/Delivery Manager to build repeatable systems and raise reliability in a lean, high-impact environment. You will lead 6 engineers across two pods, drive on-call and incident response, and mentor through quarterly reviews while partnering with product, design, and software teams.

The role emphasizes architecture transitions, observable infrastructure, and secure operations, with ownership split around 80% management and 20% hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on SRE/DevOps.
• Proven success leading teams through architectural transitions (e.g., serverless to EKS).
• Strong backend service architecture background (monolith, microservices).
• Deep IaC, observability, and incident-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 across SRE and Delivery pods and drive reliability initiatives.
• Mentor, conduct quarterly reviews, and enable career development.
• Define best practices for delivery, reliability, and observability.
• Coordinate deployments, on-call rotations, and security posture.
• Own outcomes in a lean, fast-paced environment.
