Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Senior SRE/DevOps engineer to own deployment and reliability for global products. You will set up production and internal environments and provide 24/7 first‑line support.

You will drive issue resolution with engineering teams and maintain monitoring, CI/CD tooling, and Terraform scripts. You will collaborate with SRE and engineering teams across California, Paris, Nantong, Singapore and other locations, while optimizing costs and Kubernetes scaling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Proficient with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building CI pipelines in Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, and public clouds (GCP or AWS).
• Deployment and monitoring of highly scalable products.
• Familiar with FinOps and autoscaling Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficient in Python or Go and observability practices.
• Able to mentor peers and work in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Support and own deployment of global products and environments.
• Provide 24/7 first-line engineering support for deployments and ops issues.
• Drive resolution of core product issues with engineering teams.
• Set up and maintain infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and Terraform scripts.
• Maintain engineering operational documentation for supported products.
• Build and maintain product operation docs and SRE practices.
• Optimize performance and cost of systems and right‑size Kubernetes containers.
• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams across multiple locations.
