Job summary

platacard is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Processing Core team. You will help build and operate the core platform powering our credit card products, focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability across deployments.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab), and logging stacks to improve services, write deployment scripts and Helm charts, and participate in incident investigations while communicating across international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding multi-component system architecture and practical application (load balancing, fault tolerance).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Scripting with Python and Bash for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• English B1+ for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate reliable, scalable payments processing solutions.
• Monitor and improve service reliability and performance.
• Write deployment scripts, configs, and Helm charts; manage CI/CD jobs.
• Address incidents; investigate root causes and document fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international offices.
