Qualifications

• Strong Linux fundamentals: processes, services, filesystem, kernel basics.
• Strong Linux networking: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, load balancers, firewalls.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience beyond managed cloud platforms.
• Strong Docker/containerization expertise.
• Production support experience for large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform and customer support for the internal compute platform.
• Engage in deep technical troubleshooting and promote incident resolution.
• Diagnose issues across Kubernetes, Docker, Linux servers, and networks.
• Create clear runbooks, tickets, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with SRE, Platform, and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
• Uphold discipline and quality, and contribute tooling to boost efficiency.
