Job summary

Glassbox Ltd. is seeking an experienced SRE to join its global Cloud team. The role focuses on supporting customers, managing cloud environments (AWS), and operating Kubernetes-based systems (EKS).

You will design and maintain automation to improve reliability, monitoring, and efficiency across production systems, and build scalable monitoring and alerting to proactively detect issues before they impact customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as SRE/DevOps or in a similar cloud/monitoring role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and EKS.
• Bash scripting and Linux system expertise.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, management, and alerting tools.
• Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for customers according to defined SLAs.
• Work in cloud environments (AWS) and operate Kubernetes-based systems (EKS).
• Design, build, and maintain automation to improve reliability and observability.
• Develop scalable monitoring and alerting to detect issues early.
• Create runbooks for NOC/SOC teams and assist in incidents.
• Serve as Tier-2 escalation for production incidents and collaborate with DevOps.
