Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in a remote-first environment. You will codify infrastructure with Terraform on AWS, manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, and ensure high availability, cost optimization, and security across systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of SRE experience, strong Kubernetes expertise, and solid monitoring and incident-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SRE experience.
• Strong Terraform and AWS skills.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure with focus on high availability, scalability, cost optimization, and security compliance.
