Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption to guide education strategy for EHR and other clinical information systems.

You will lead the design, development, publication, and evaluation of learning deliverables, ensuring safe and efficient use of technology in clinical and business settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare or equivalent
• 6 years of Education experience in an information services or training setting with at least 3 years in management
• 4 years of Leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, publication and maintenance of education deliverables for CI initiatives
• Provide direction and coaching to teams responsible for education across EHR and other information systems
• Partner with co-managers to drive strategic education programs, change communication and learning standards
