Skywalk Global seeks an experienced SQL Server DBA to maintain and optimize enterprise SQL Server environments across production, staging, and development. You will install, configure, patch, and upgrade instances, manage storage and databases, and monitor performance metrics.

You will design and implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies, perform advanced T-SQL tuning, and assist developers with schema and code reviews.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Advanced T-SQL proficiency and query tuning skills.
• Experience implementing HA/DR solutions (Always On AG, Log Shipping, Failover Clusters).
• Experience across on-premises and Azure-based platforms.
• Familiarity with security models and data protection standards.

• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade SQL Server instances across prod, staging, and development environments.
• Manage server storage, system databases, and data file structures.
• Monitor system health, resource allocation, and server metrics; optimize performance.
• Design and test backup and disaster recovery policies; ensure HA/DR readiness.
