Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced SQA Testing Lead to drive reliability and performance across software products. You will mentor the SQA team, design QA strategies, and develop test plans, cases, and automation scripts to ensure quality across the SDLC.

The role is remote and nationwide within the United States, with a compensation range of $93,000 to $104,000 per year. Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading software testing and a strong foundation in QA methodologies and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Experience in software testing and software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SQA team and develop QA strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including test cases.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and clients to ensure SDLC integration.
• Define testing strategies to ensure product quality.
• Monitor QA metrics and team velocity; adjust workload as needed.
• Create, execute, and maintain automation scripts and regression tests.
