OpenKrill is seeking an Onboarding Project Coordinator to lead SPS Commerce and EDI execution, coordinate client onboarding, and drive AI-enabled process improvements.

This fully remote role requires coordinating with Client Services, Operations, and Finance, handling onboarding checklists, data collection, and go-live activities, while ensuring accuracy and on-time deployments for U.S.-based clients and international partners.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on SPS Commerce Fulfillment experience within a 3PL, brand, or retailer environment.
• Experience with core EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 846) and retailer routing guides.
• Familiarity with Target, Costco, TJX, UNFI, and department stores requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting ASN/invoice rejections and documenting retailer chargeback disputes.
• Practical use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools daily for data analysis and client communications.
• Project coordination experience with trackers, meeting notes, and action-item follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and test retailer connections in SPS Commerce and test EDI documents.
• Monitor transactions, resolve errors, and maintain retailer connection statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations to test GS1-128 labeling and packing lists.
• Prepare root-cause analyses of transaction errors and chargebacks.
• Manage onboarding checklists and project trackers for new clients and sites.
• Schedule kickoff, integration, and go-live calls and document action items.
• Create SOPs and job aids for SPS processes.
• Develop AI prompts, templates, and dashboards for onboarding status updates.
