Scale Army co is seeking an Onboarding Project Coordinator to manage client onboarding and SPS Commerce integrations for U.S.-based clients in a fully remote setting. The role combines SPS/EDI execution, onboarding coordination, and AI-driven reporting, with collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Client Services.

You will monitor transactions, maintain trackers, and prepare comprehensive handoff documentation for account managers.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on SPS Commerce Fulfillment experience in a 3PL/retailer environment.
• Experience with core EDI documents 850, 855, 856, 810, 846 and retailer routing guides.
• Familiarity with retailer requirements for Target, Costco, TJX, UNFI and department stores.
• Experience troubleshooting ASN and invoice rejections and documenting chargeback disputes.
• Practical daily use of Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools to analyze data exports and draft client communications.
• Experience coordinating projects, maintaining trackers, documenting meeting notes, and following up with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Configure and test retailer connections in SPS Commerce and test EDI documents.
• Monitor SPS Commerce daily for failed or rejected transactions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate onboarding kickoff, integration, and go-live calls with clients and internal teams.
• Document meeting notes, publish actions, and follow up with responsible members.
• Develop reusable AI prompts/templates for onboarding status, SPS error triage, and handoffs.
• Create SOPs and job aids to enable Account Managers to resolve routine SPS questions.
