Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking an Edifecs EDI Analyst Transaction Specialist for a fully remote role. You will own EDI workflows, validate transactions, and troubleshoot a wide range of EDI sets (270/271, 276/277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999/277CA) within SNIP compliance and partner guides.

You will work with AWS cloud services, Edifecs tooling, and SQL data stores, translating business requirements into technical data models while coordinating with I T and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Edifecs product experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations.
• 8+ years of EDI/HIPAA experience.
• Familiarity with EDI X.12 transactions and SNIP validations.

Responsibilities

• Own EDI workflows, data validation rules, and partner requirements.
• Interpret and troubleshoot 270/271, 276/277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999/277CA transactions.
• Document mapping requirements for new partners and integration changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and assess operational impact.
• Validate payloads, timestamps, statuses, and error flags; reconcile mismatches.
