Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Solution Consulting Intern to help translate complex technical scenarios into customer-focused stories and to contribute to software demonstration projects. You will work cross-functionally to showcase product capabilities and support pre‑sales and onboarding activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and exposure to SaaS and cloud-based financial solutions, with remote or hybrid options based on location.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Technology, Engineering, MIS, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with presenting or creating software demonstrations is a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS/cloud-based financial solutions is helpful.
• Understanding of software development, architecture, systems design or networking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories for a broad audience.
• Assist in creating and executing software demonstrations showing different use-cases and contexts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand capabilities, impacts, and customer journey.
• Support the Sales team as needed.
• Assist Client Services and Customer Success teams with onboarding support.
