• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Problem solving skills, including technical challenges and critical thinking.
• Documentation and writing skills: ability to document requirements for both technical and end-user teams.
• Excellent time management and listening skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills: ability to speak to technical and end-user audiences.
• Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs.
• Experience with Google Docs and Spreadsheets.
• Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Jira & Confluence.
• Minimal travel and remote-friendly working conditions.
