Job summary

The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking an Account Executive for Scripps Sports to sell linear, digital, and sponsorship solutions including the Nashville Predators partnership across multiple markets. Remote options exist in Nashville, Charlotte, or Atlanta, with travel up to 25% as needed.

You will prospect regional and national accounts, tailor solutions, and close sales while collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets and deliver best-in-class service to clients.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience.
• Generally 5+ years of sports-related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect regional and national accounts and close sales.
• Create and sell sponsorship/advertising solutions using inventory.
• Attend internal strategy meetings to align revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and grow accounts.
• Maintain CRM with activity and revenue status.
• Support national or local AE's on key client calls.
