Job summary

Business Information Group, Inc. is seeking a Software Consultant to lead software consulting engagements and ensure successful implementation and support of Trimble Viewpoint Vista and/or Spectrum for clients.

You will onboard new clients, configure systems to meet needs, and act as the main liaison to ensure project goals are met. The role requires 3–5 years in software consulting (construction/ERP), strong accounting knowledge, and travel to client sites within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business management or accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of software consulting experience in construction or ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble Viewpoint Vista and/or Spectrum.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (payroll, AR/AP, inventory, GL).
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and ensure successful implementation of Trimble Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum.
• Configure systems to meet client needs and provide ongoing support.
• Act as liaison between clients and company to meet goals and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables throughout engagement.
• Provide expert planning, testing, data imports, and custom reporting.
