Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative to be the primary customer contact for demand creation, promoting Amgen products and communicating clinical and economic benefits under the District Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities include executing Plan of Action marketing strategies, delivering branded messages, coordinating medical education programs, and achieving territory sales targets while servicing accounts and ensuring product access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience in healthcare/sales.
• 4 years of sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience if degree is associate's.
• 6 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience if only high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation and promote Amgen products under the District Manager.
• Execute Plan of Action marketing strategies and deliver branded sales messages.
• Schedule and follow up with medical education programs and achieve territory sales targets.
• Service and manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory planning to drive results.
