CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 to support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation and dispensing. The role includes handling varied administrative and patient-facing tasks, entering prescription orders, and communicating with physicians for clarifications to optimize health outcomes.

Training begins day one with a 40-hour workweek, then Monday–Friday schedule EST with remote work options.

Competenze

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in your resident state.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or inbound/outbound call experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use multiple computer apps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong data entry and call center experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist Pharmacists with Specialty Rx medication preparation and dispensing.
• Enter prescription orders into the system.
• Contact physicians for prescription clarifications when needed.
• Support adherence to Specialty Rx processes and programs and communicate with patients and providers.
