Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license with the state Board of Pharmacy
• Certified by PTCB or NHA
• Experience as Pharmacy Technician or inbound/outbound phone experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use multiple computer apps
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong data entry

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation and dispensing
• Contact physicians for prescription clarifications as needed
• Enter prescription orders into the system accurately
• Ensure adherence to Specialty Rx operational processes and programs
• Communicate effectively with patients and providers to optimize health outcomes
