Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants in the United States. You will work remotely to advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, handling domestic and international itineraries across air, rail, and hotels.

Must have GDS Sabre experience and deliver proactive, policy-compliant advice while maintaining high service standards. You’ll collaborate with teammates to achieve client satisfaction and performance metrics in a 24/7 traveler care

Qualifications

• 5 years travel experience, preferably business travel, with fares and ticketing rules knowledge.
• Native Sabre GDS expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity with traveler data.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, individuals and groups.
• Book domestic and international business travel for air, rail, and hotels.
• Utilize Sabre GDS to issue tickets and manage itineraries.
• Communicate effectively via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
• Act as trusted advisor, offering travel policy-compliant recommendations and added services.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and KPIs.
