Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support special loan products (modifications, ARM loans, SCRA adjustments, assumptions) from a remote home office. The role focuses on ensuring documentation accuracy and compliant processing of loans in our servicing portfolio.

You'll review and update ARM contracts, index data, and payment-change notices, collaborate with Home Retention and Loss Mitigation teams, and help identify SCRA protections.

Formación

• Familiarity with special loan product types and documentation.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• One (1) to two (2) years’ mortgage servicing experience; one year with special loan types preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review service release loans to ensure proper documentation prior to being released.
• Maintain ARM contracts, indices and balloon plans, if not available in the system.
• Audit pending payment changes to ensure system and future payment change notifications are accurate.
• Assist other CMS departments with special loan-related inquiries and loss mitigation support.
• Identify loans meeting SCRA protection and process related letters.
