You will obtain licensure in multiple states and serve students across several schools on a six- to twelve-week rotation. Role requires flexibility, the ability to work 40+ hours weekly, and maintaining a professional home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active State Special Education teaching license.
• Must obtain additional Special Education licenses in at least three states.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully online learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online Special Education instruction and support.
• Manage learning process and tailor IEP goals for students.
• Collect data and monitor progress toward IEP objectives.
• Communicate with parents and learning coaches regularly.
• Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests.
• Use data to drive remediation and enrichment as needed.
