Stride, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Permanent Substitute Special Education Teacher to deliver online course content across multiple schools. The role requires state-certified SPED licensure, data-driven instruction, and a flexible, self-directed approach with a typical 40+ hours per week schedule.

You will work in a fully remote environment, coordinating with families, learning coaches, and administrators to ensure student progress and success under IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and active Special Education license
• Ability to obtain additional Special Education licenses in multiple states
• Background check clearance required

Responsibilities

• Deliver content in an online environment and support individualized IEP goals
• Manage learning progress and communicate with families and learning coaches
• Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous instruction and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate grade book and document interventions and progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers to interpret data and drive instructional decisions
• Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests
