Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Substitute Special Education Teacher to deliver course content in an online environment. The state-certified teacher will provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and tailor instruction to each student's IEP.

The role requires obtaining licensure in multiple states, serving students across multiple schools on a rotating six- to twelve-week schedule, and having flexible, self-driven work habits in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state Special Education license.
• Must obtain additional Special Education licenses in at least three states.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver content in online environment and support students' IEP goals.
• Modify lessons and accommodations per IEP.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Maintain communication with families and learning coaches.
• Ensure required services per IEP are provided.
