The candidate should hold an active Missouri Special Education license, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and strong data-analysis, collaboration, and policy development skills to support staff and state reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Active Missouri Special Education license.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google apps, and email; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and development of innovative special education services.
• Maintain student records per state law and Department of Education guidelines.
• Assist in hiring and training Special Education staff.
• Collaborate with agencies and state reporting on data.
