Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio State Board of Education Intervention Specialist license: Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive or applicable licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and implementing IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging virtual lessons one-on-one or small group per IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and analyze data; adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with program staff and related service providers to support student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and complete required reports.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about academic and behavioral progress.
