Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license appropriate for assignment.
• Experience in school settings with IEP development and implementation.
• Experience delivering remote/virtual instruction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual specialized instruction and individualized support to students with disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Manage student caseloads and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies based on student needs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Utilize district-approved virtual platforms and IEP systems for instruction and documentation.
