Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Virtual Intervention Specialist to provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with disabilities through a virtual model. Qualifications

Valid Ohio State Board of Education Intervention Specialist license: Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive, or applicable licensure recognized by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs.
Proficiency with technology and virtual instructional platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned virtual lessons one-on-one or in small groups based on IEP goals and needs.
Write, review, and implement IEPs, behavioral plans, and academic accommodations.
Monitor student progress and analyze performance data; adjust instruction accordingly.
Collaborate with program staff and related service providers to support student success and transdisciplinary approaches.
Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports.
Administer standardized tests and interpret results; conduct alternate assessments when appropriate.
