Job summary

Parallel is seeking educators to provide specially designed instruction (SDI) and related compensatory education under active IEPs. You will deliver legally compliant services and build data-driven, individualized lesson plans targeting reading and literacy, foundational math, executive functioning, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include IEP creation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with the IEP team to tailor instruction.

Qualifications

• Michigan Special Education teaching license or certification required.
• Experience delivering specially designed instruction to diverse student populations.
• Strong collaborative communication with IEP teams, parents, and students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven, individualized lesson plans.
• Own creation and progress monitoring of student IEPs.
