Qualifications

Active Special Education teaching license/certification in the state of Colorado.
Experience delivering specially designed instruction (SDI) and services for students with IEPs.
Strong collaboration with IEP teams, parents, and teachers.
Proficient with instructional technology and virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide legally compliant, specially designed instruction (SDI) and compensatory education as needed for students with active IEPs.
Develop and implement data-driven, individualized lesson plans.
Support reading, literacy development, and foundational math skills.
Manage IEP creation, management, and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with IEP teams to coordinate service schedules and tailor instruction.
Administer screenings, monitor progress, and complete outcomes assessments.
